    1. » I need the bought tickets as a birthday present. Can you guarantee an in time delivery?

      Unfortunately, it is not always possible to stick to delivery dates. The reason for this is, that most of the tickets are not in hand in our office. If an in time delivery to your preferred date is not possible, we will send you a gratis coupon as substitut. Of course, the tickets will be delivered as soon as we have them.

    2. » The date of the event on your homepage differs from other pages. Which information is correct?

      Ticketbande B.V. has more than 20.000 artist in its data base. We adopt the informations which are announced by the presenter. Ticketbande does not guarantee the correctness of this information (date, time, place of action, category), but still tries to publish the updated data.

    3. » To which seats does the ordered categorie fit?

      Since Ticketbande tries to get tickets by order of their customers, we can just guarantee the price category. The price categories differ in each event and are made by the presenter.

      Ticketbande normally does not make any differences between places in the standing room and seats.

      If you should have ordered seats category 2, we will deliver tickets of the second price category seated.

      Certain categories are special offers by Ticketbande. If you order seats of category 1++, Ticketbande delivers top-seats of the highest price category.

      Often seats are sold under price category 1, which may differ strongly in terms qualitative. Ticketbande guarantees to deliver you the best seats. Category 1++ means to us the first blocks immediately at the stage or seats in the front rows.
      You benefit from our staff members experience, who are active in the ticket store since years.

      Again we want to advise you that our prices differs from the original prices. The venue plans shown on the homepage of Ticketbande are standard plans and differ from the actual allocation of categories.

    4. » What is a registration?

      For planned dates, which are not officially confirmed, we offer a so called registration. If you register yourself, you automatically will be informed via mail, as soon as the tickets are available. You can then order the registered tickets in your preferred category.

      A registration is no order. You are not entitled to the tickets if you do not make the order.

      In the majority of cases registrations are for free and unaccommodating. Nevertheless there can also be registration fees due. The amount of the registration fee is mostly about 20,00€. In the case of buying the tickets, the registration fee will be charged to the ticket price.

      If other tour dates will be officially announced, you also will get an info-mail.

    5. » Where do I find the venue plan for a concert?

      You can find a link to our venue plans on the right side of our homepage . All existing venue plans known to Ticketbande are listed according to the cities. Choose the city and the appropriate location.

      The exact allocation of categories differs from event to event and depends on the performer as well as the stage design. The venue plans are only supposed to help the customer to get a general overview about the venue.

      The venue plans of Ticketbande are under copyright and cannot be used without allowance of Ticketbande.

    6. » Where exactly are my ordered seats?

      We are a ticket-agency and no pre-seller. We are specialized in the field of sold out events/concerts with a high demand. It is rarely the case that we have certain tickets present.

      If so, then the positioning of the tickets is denoted in the description.

      In the majority of cases we convey tickets in your commission. For this reason we can only assure tickets of the desired category. In the case of ordered seats we guarantee the delivery of connected seats. Accordingly the seats have to be allocated. An exact information regarding the positioning is not possible in advance.

    1. » I cannot attend the date of the event. May I exchange the tickets?

      Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled. Tickets are non-returnable and excluded from the right of withdrawal.

      As far as Ticketbande offers services in the categorie of leisure activities, especially tickets for events, the Distance Selling Act does not apply to contracts made with us (cf. § 312b para. 3 no. 6 German Civil Code). This includes, that a two-week right of withdrawal is basically excluded. Therewith, each order of tickets is binding immediately after our confirmation and is obliged to payment and takeover of the ordered tickets. The buying is irrevocable. There is no refund, no avoidance or exchange of date or time, partial compliance or loss.

      The order of tickets is just possible, if you accepted these terms of use.

    2. » I have booked an overnight stay. When do I get the hotel-voucher?

      Packet orders (tickets + overnight stay) will usually be sent short before the event takes place. The reason beeing, that we are hand over a list of all our customers to the hotels just shortly before the event starts. Only after this, we will get the reservation numbers.

      Often tickets and hotel-vouchers are sent separately!

    3. » I received an online-ticket. What is this?

      An online-ticket, also known as e-ticket, is a card which will be delivered as a PDF-file. The printout of this PDF-file is considered to be the ticket. Ticketbande files all online-tickets and delivers the printout to you. With this printout you can attend to the event regularly. Online-tickets are original tickets, which are published in this form by the presenter.

      Ticketbande only delivers tickets as original tickets, as tickets of the booking system CTS, Ticketonline, Kartenhaus, Ticketcorner and by all pre-sellers world wide, which sell tickets by order of the presenter.

    4. » I would like to cancel my order. Is that possible?

      Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled. Tickets are non-returnable and excluded from the right of withdrawal.

      As far as Ticketbande offers services in the area of leisure activities, especially tickets for events, the Distance Selling Act does not apply to contracts made with us (cf. § 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code).     5. » May I subsequently change my billing/delivery address?

      To change your addresses, please contakt our support center: +49 (0)180 - 59 33 999 monday to friday 10-12 and 14-16 o'clock.

    6. » The event has been canceled/postponed What do I have to do?

      Tickets are non-returnable and excluded from the right of withdrawal. If a concert gets switched to another date and the alternate date is defined, your tickets stay validit. Just in this specific case Ticketbande offers to take care of reversal. This offer is still limited.

      Since Ticketbande accomplished its capacity as intermediary of the tickets, we can only repay the refunded amount (original price).

      If the performer should deny the redemption, Ticketbande can not take care of the reversal.

    7. » Why do I receive the e-mails of Ticketbande B.V. In a foreign language?

      The e-mails of Ticketbande will automatically be sent in the language you have chosen while ordering. When contacting our support center, our staff members are keen to answer your questions in your language.

      Unfortunately, we cannot answer in all languages! In this case our customer advisor will answer your questions in english.

    1. » How do I find the desired event?

      The quick search is the easiest way to find an event. Optional you can search for artists, events or cities.

      In the main navigation bar, events are listed in categories (concerts, shows, sport, hotels) and in sub-categories (pop,metal, alternative or sports).

      The top events are directly placed on our homepage. A list of the most important artists and events can be found on the left side of every next page .

    2. » The payment via credit card failed. Is my order still valid?

      If your payment via credit card failed, we still received your order. Your order is not invalid, yet unpaid.

      In this case we will send you a binding confirmation via e-mail within the next 48 hours. In this e-mail you will find our bank account data so that you can transfer the amount.

      If you should rather want to pay via credit card, we kindly ask you not to send us your complete data via mail. This way of communication is not insured and may be seen by a third party. Send us your credit card information by fax or call us. Your data will be used for the payment transaction only and then be deleted.

    1. » How can I pay for my order?

      As well as for every other ticket offerer, an advance payment is necessary at Ticketbande. Ticketbande offers three payment options. You can pay via credit card or via transferal.

      Since you have the opportunity to pay via transferal, when clicking the button “Send order” your ordering will be executed.

      If the transaction via credit card failed, your order still is valid. You receive a confirmation with our account data via mail so that you can transfer the amount.

    2. » I do not want to indicate the details of my credit card in the Internet. Are there other methods to pay?

      The payment per credit card is the safest payment method. We convey all data via SSL, so that everything is safe and cannot be seen by any third party. Of course you also can transfer the amount. Therefore, choose “bank transfer” ans payment method while you make your order. Then you will receive the comfirmation with our account data.

      If you should not indicate the data of your credit card while making your order, please pay attention to the following:

      Please do not send the data of your credit card via e-mail. This way of communication is not insured and may be seen by a third party. Send us your credit card information by fax or call us.

      Advice: No credit card data will be saved by us!!!

    3. » Is a deferred payment possible?

      In exceptional cases a deferred payment is possible, but before purchase this has to be agreed with our customer support. If you should not stick to the agreed payment deadline, Ticketbande reserves the right to cancel the whole order and to not deliver the tickets anymore.

    4. » Is it possible to pay my tickets via bill?

      Just as with every other ticket offerer, an advance payment is necessary at Ticketbande. Tickets can only be sent after incoming payments.

      Companies that need a bill for their accountants' department can contact us.

    5. » The time limit for the transfer is over but I am still interested in the tickets. Is it still possible to transfer the amount?

      You have a time limit of 7 days to transfer the amount. If you should not stick to the time limit, Ticketbande is not obliged to deliver you the tickets.

      Beyond the time limit your order can be canceled by Ticketbande.

    6. » Why do I not have received an confirmation of the incoming payment?

      Ticketbande confirms the incoming payment of every order. This mail is often put into the Spam-folder. Check your Spam-folder.

      If you should not receive any of our mails the reason can only be a typing error of your e-mail address while you made your order. Please contact our customer support.

      If Ticketbande did not inform you, the incoming payment may not yet be received by our account.

      We would like to inform you that the payment receipt may occure several days after making the bank transfer. Transferals from abroad may take up to 14 days.

      Possibly the account data were wrong while making the bank transfer. Please check if the money has been reversed via account statement.

    1. » Can I - as a person with a wheelchair - order tickets at Ticketbande?

      Tickets for persons with a wheelchair are located in special blocs. Unfortunately, we as a ticket-agency do not have the possibility to get those tickets.

      If you want to get a ticket for persons in a wheelchair you have to directly contact the presenter. Information about the presenter will be given to you by every pre-seller.

    2. » Do I get any discount at Ticketbande as a student or as a person with disability?

      Ticketbande is no pre-seller but a ticket-agency. Our prices act in accordance with the secondary market or our purchase prices. Out of this reason Ticketbande B.V. cannot afford a discount for students or similar groups.

    3. » Is it possible to order press-tickets at Ticketbande?

      Ticketbande cannot get press-tickets. If you are in posession of a press card, you should contact the presenter immediately. Information about the presenter are available at every pre-seller!

    4. » Why did the price of the ticket change on the homepage?

      Ticketbande is no pre-seller but a platform for event agencies with one of the biggest concert- and sports-data base of the world. Proofed ticket broker in the whole world sell their tickets at Ticketbande.

      Our selling prices act in accordance with the purchase prices. The purchase price for tickets fluctuates daily. As well as it is with auctions, the price of tickets fluctuates following supply and demand.

      The ruling price of your order is the price stated on our homepage at the time when the order takes place. If the price should change after your order, we do ask neither for extra charge nor offer refund.

    5. » Why does the printed ticket price differ from the price I have paid?

      We have the highest requirements for the tickets we sell. That means, that we try to deliver the best tickets only. To get these tickets we also have to pay a higher purchase price, because the best tickets are usually not available in the general pre-selling. Consequently our purchase price is higher than the printed original price.

      We normally only sell tickets, which are difficult to get / where the event is already sold out. Especially in this case the purchasing prices for the so called 'soldout-tickets' are clearly higher than the original prices.

      Since we as well receive the tickets via post, we have to face a certain loss rate. In the case of a loss of tickets we have to get new tickets and also have to sustain the loss on our own, since the tickets are not fully insured at transportation. Pre-seller mostly have the opportunity to print out lost tickets. This is not the case at Ticketbande.

      We put big effort into getting your tickets. Often we drive to the concert-venue directly to buy the tickets as fast as possible. Some of the pre-sellers and resellers abroad send the tickets shortly before the concert takes place. Mostly the transportation on our part is not possible anymore so that we are forced to individually deliver the tickets to your delivery address at the venue. Since 2006 we have settlements in Paris, London, Zurich, Prague and since 2007 in Moscow and Milan.

      Furthermore, we as the reseller have to add value-added tax, compared to the pre-sellers. Thereby the final price gets higher again.
      Basically the price acts in accordance with our effort, the purchasing price and the demand.

      Ticketbande B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands.

      The best guarantee for our customers is the co-operation with credit card institutions. This is only possible through reliable and punctual delivery of the ordered and paid tickets .

    2. » My personal data has been encroached. What can I do?

      Orders cannot be canceled. If your data has been encroached while ordering, you can inform the police. Ticketbande saves the IP-address, which has been used while ordering and thereby can find out the actual orderer.

      In this case Ticketbande will also make a report due to imposture.

    3. » What does Ticketbande do with my personal data?

      We ask you to read the data privacy regulations once again. Ticketbande has never given data of their customers for marketing- or commercial functions to a third party.

      The personal data will just be given to a third party if it is necessary for the handling of the appointment, like for example the notice of the delivery address to the Post AG.

    1. » I did not get a confirmation of order. What is the reason for that?

      If we receive your order, you will automatically will get a receipt. If you should have paid via credit card the receipt is deemed to be the confirmation. Otherwise you will receive the confirmation within 48 hours (normally within 8 hours).
      A lot of the e-mail-server detect the confirmation-mail as Spam. Please check your Spam-folder.

      If you should not receive any of our mails the reason can only be a typing error of your e-mail address while you made your order. Please contact our customer support.

      For some orders the processing is more complex and takes more than two days. After 48 hours we still can confirm your order. However, your order is not binding anymore.

    2. » I forgot my password for the customer login. How do I get a new one?

      Click on the link “forgot login-data”, which is located on the right side under the login fields. On the following page please enter the registered e-mail address. After a few minutes you will receive a new, automatically generated password. For reasons of security we kindly ask you to directly change your password once you receive the new login data.

      If you should not know the e-mail address with which you registered anymore, we have to ask you to register as a new customer.

    1. » Can you send the tickets via cash on delivery?

      Unfortunatly a transmission via cash on delivery is not possible. This type of dispatch is not possible anymore, because most of the tickets were not accepted or expired at the Post office, which was a big loss for Ticketbande.

    2. » When can I reckon with the receipt of my tickets?

      As well as for every other ticket offerer, an advance payment is necessary for Ticketbande to dispatch tickets. Tickets can only be sent after the payment has been received.
      If we do have the tickets in stock we will directly send the tickets, after incoming payments, to the denoted delivery address.

      For concerts with a bigger demand, Ticketbande has to build quotas and distribute the tickets. We sort the tickets accuratly so that all our customers do get their ordered seats connected. It is an additional effort of our agency and is mostly associated with a lot of work. For this reason it is not possible to give an exact delivery date .

      Concerts abroad form an exception. In many countries the presenters send the tickets just two weeks before the concert takes place. Because of this short-term shipment an international dispatch of the tickets is not possible anymore. A delivery address (hotel or private) in the particular country may be essential and desired by the Ticketbande staff member. In this case the general terms and conditions of Ticketbande are valid.
      Thanks to our presence in many countries it is possible to pick up tickets in one of our offices!

      Ticketbande currently has offices in following cities:
      Kerkrade, Düsseldorf, Paris, Zurich, Milan, London, Moscow, Warsaw and Prague.

      The on time delivery of your tickets is guaranteed. You will be automatically informed about the delivery of your tickets via e-mail.

    3. » Which types of forwarding costs will be charged for my tickets?

      The additional Service charges (shipment costs inclusive) are:

      - 7,50 EUR for shipment or personal delivery to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, France, Great Britain, Belgium, Sitzerland and the Czech Republic
      If the event takes place within one week, an additional Express fee of 4,50 EUR will be charged.

      - 20 EUR in all other countries

      - The Service fee includes all accumulating taxes, packaging, shipment fees, fees for personal ticket handover at the location of the event or deposit at a service point or hotel. This fee does not apply in case of a registration.

      - Because of the big effort accompanying a personal ticket handover we charge the same fee as for shipment of the tickets.
