These tickets are personalised. By submitting this order, you instruct the provider to purchase these tickets in your name and personalise them to your name. Without this personalisation, you will not be granted access to the event. - The prices shown on our website are set by the providers, ticketbande has no influence on the ticket prices and the original prices shown. The provider's ticket price includes the fee for the search service and VAT.
- If seats are booked, our providers are required to ensure that the seats are as close together as possible. This is not always possible for larger numbers, but the providers will make sure that you do not get individual seats. There is no entitlement to adjacent seats if the number is greater than two.
- The total price results from the original price of the ticket, the service fees of the provider and the service fees of the portal operator. The delivery of tickets is always free of charge.
- Our service fee includes costs for payment processing, verification of authenticity, any personalization costs incurred, delivery (by post, personal delivery at the venue, e-mail or app) of the tickets and VAT.

Electronic tickets, or e-tickets for short, are sent by e-mail as a PDF file and can be conveniently printed out at home or presented on a smartphone. The tickets can be downloaded from the attachment of the e-mail.
