Sanah made her debut in 2019 with the single “Siebie zapytasz”, but her real breakthrough came with the song “Szampan”, which became a hit and catapulted her to the top of the charts. Her debut album Królowa dram (2020) was a huge success, bringing her numerous awards and accolades. Further albums such as Irenka (2021) and Uczta (2022) confirmed her status as one of the most important figures in the Polish music scene.
The artist is also distinguished by her special attention to the aesthetics of her music videos and concerts, which often draw on fairy-tale and literary motifs. Her lyrics, full of emotion and introspection, deal with themes such as love, loss, longing and self-acceptance, making her music authentic and relatable to the younger generation.
