The BossHoss have been one of Germany's most consistent live acts since forming in Berlin in 2004. The seven-piece band, fronted by Sascha Vollmer and Alec Völkel, built their reputation on relentless touring: in 2005 alone they played 182 shows across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
