Joe Hisaishi Tickets: World Dream Tour 2026 and 2027 in Europe
Joe Hisaishi tickets for the World Dream Tour 2026: eight confirmed concerts are coming to Europe this autumn and winter, with further dates in 2027. After his legendary run at Radio City Music Hall, Hisaishi brings his orchestral programme to Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome on 2 October and 4 October 2026, followed by the Royal Albert Hall in London on 23 November 2026. The German and Swiss leg of the World Dream Tour runs from 25 November (Isarphilharmonie, Munich) through 26 November (KKL Lucerne), 28 November (Liederhalle, Stuttgart), 30 November (Philharmonie Berlin) and closes on 2 December 2026 at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. Looking ahead to 2027, Hisaishi performs with the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome from 3 to 5 June, and presents two nights at the Philharmonie de Paris with the Orchestre de Paris on 9 and 10 June 2027.

The World Dream Tour is one of the most ambitious classical touring projects of 2026. Joe Hisaishi conducts the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, for which he serves as Composer-in-Association, through a programme that includes the world premiere of his Concerto for Orchestra and new orchestral suites drawn from The Boy and the Heron (2023). Hisaishi, born in 1950 in Nagano, Japan, has composed more than 100 film scores and 28 studio albums since 1981. His partnership with director Hayao Miyazaki across 11 Studio Ghibli films, from Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (1984) to The Boy and the Heron (2023), has made him one of the most recognised film composers in the world. He has won seven Japan Academy Awards for Best Music, the Annie Award for Outstanding Achievement for Music in an Animated Feature Production for Spirited Away in 2003, the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Award for Howl's Moving Castle (2005), and the Winsor McCay Award at the 2024 Annie Awards for lifetime achievement. He received the Medal of Honor with Purple Ribbon from the Japanese government in 2009 and the Order of the Rising Sun in 2023.
