His background makes this combination credible rather than gimmicky: JIMEK holds a master's degree in composition from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and studied orchestration and film scoring at UCLA. In 2012 he won Beyoncé's international remix competition for ‚End of Time,' beating more than 3,000 contestants worldwide. In 2018 he received the Polish Film Academy Award for Best Score. He also recorded a symphonic rap album for Deutsche Grammophon, the oldest record label in the world. The Warsaw concert on 12 September closes a trilogy that is not being extended. There will be no Chapter IV.
